- creativity and mindfulness have connections
- the less stress=more creativity
- drink warm water in the morning
- meditation session twice a day-revitalising
- can offer an energy boost in which caffeine doesn't
- 2-5 times more relaxation than a deep sleep
- creativity is one of the first elements to shut off (creative block), as its not deemed 'useful by the body', therefore mediatting helps to replenish this.
- creativity is making thing.. food, gardening etc not just art
- once you get in the pattern then it lasts a lifetime
- an enormous sense of wellbeing
- left me ready to do work

- do you ever fall asleep?-sometimes when you first start, although it's not usually sleep, still conscious just deep relaxation
